UAE: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. All other orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

GCC Countries: 3–7 business days.

International: 5–12 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Fees

To provide you with the most accurate pricing, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Local & Regional: Rates for the UAE and GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain) will be displayed clearly before you finalize your payment.

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping to UAE once Min 2 Qty value is reached. Check the shipping bar in your cart to see how close you are to qualifying!

Cash on Delivery (COD): Please note that an additional handling fee may apply to all COD orders.

3. Delivery Attempts & Information Updates

Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive your package, our courier partner will make a second delivery attempt.
