Yes, every product we ship is 100% authentic. We source our entire collection exclusively from brand-authorized importers and distributors to ensure quality and trust.

Absolutely. Before any item leaves our facility in Dubai, it undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it is in perfect condition for you.

Orders & Shipping

Once your order is processed, we use your email address or mobile number to send updates regarding your transaction and delivery status.

If you need to update your information, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email immediately. We collect your delivery details specifically to provide a smooth shipping experience. Please note that once an order is packed and ready for dispatch, it can no longer be modified.

Returns & Refunds

To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our customers, cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned or refunded once the original seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

You may return products within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was sent, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
